  • Honey and White Wine Pizza + Really Ridiculously Low Effort Tomato Sauce

    The total standout was the SAUCE, for which I can't wait to find other applications. It made watery, bland Arizona tomatoes zing all over the place with sweetness, tang, and hints of piquancy. Plus I'd rename it "Really Ridiculously Low Effort Tomato Sauce," because it's a huge amount of bang for your time-investment buck.

    Sticky rice steamed in a huat for 24 hours is A+++; mine took 16 minutes in the microwave and was a straight A, stretching nearly into A+ territory as it cooled and got stickier.
